We want you to love your Salt & Skye swimwear. If it’s not quite right, simply fill out the form below within 30 days of your purchase for a return or exchange. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible.
Return Policy:
We offer returns on all unworn and unwashed swimwear within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure the original hygiene liners and tags are included. Sale items are not eligible for return.
How to Submit a Return:
- Fill out the form below with your details and order number.
- We will email you with return instructions, including how to ship your item back.
Processing Time:
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your return has been completed.
Refunds or Exchanges:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you’d prefer an exchange, let us know in the message section below, and we’ll confirm availability.
