Returns and Shipping Policy
We’re here to help make your shopping experience as smooth as possible! If you have any questions about our shipping or returns policy, or need assistance with your order, our team is ready to assist you. Here’s everything you need to know to ensure your purchase goes seamlessly.
General Policy:
- Orders placed between holiday periods are eligible for returns within 28 days from the date of shipment. This will be noted when purchased.
- We accept returns for size changes, and style changes. Customers may choose to receive either a refund or store credit, both of which will be issued minus the original delivery fee and return shipping fee. Refunds are provided exclusively for faulty or damaged items without any deductions.
- Please note that all items marked as "SALE" are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Eligibility:
- Return requests must be submitted within 10 days from the shipment date.
- Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygiene liners attached, and in the original packaging. Returns with any odours, including perfumes, will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with returns.
Return Process:
- Submit a return request through our online returns portal within the specified timeframe.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive further details on how to ship your return.
- Attach the return label to your parcel (you can reuse original shipping bag) and drop it off at your nearest drop-off point or post office.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for processing your return after it has been received at our facility. During holiday periods this may extend up to 10 business days.
Refunds and Exchanges:
- Refunds will be issued minus the original delivery fee and return shipping fee.
- Alternatively, you can choose to receive store credit, also minus the original delivery fee and return shipping fee.
- Refunds and store credits for faulty or damaged items will not have any deductions.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the exchanged item differs in price from the original, the difference will be refunded or an additional payment will be required.
Additional Policies:
- If your original order was made using a welcome discount code, the discount will be honoured when issuing store credit.
Exceptions:
- For hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear that has been worn without the hygiene liner cannot be refunded.
Late Returns:
- Returns received after the specified timeframe will be returned to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for any additional postage costs.
International Returns:
- We accept international returns within 20 days from the date of purchase.
- Please note that international customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated customs fees.
- Refunds for international returns will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any customs or duties paid at the time of import.
Shipping Timelines:
- Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the UK and 10-15 business days for international orders.
- Shipping times may vary during holiday periods or due to customs processing times for international orders.
Delayed or Lost Packages:
- If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us for assistance. We will work with the carrier to locate the package. All shipments are tracked through Royal Mail.
Customs and Duties:
- For international orders, please be aware that additional customs and duties fees may apply based on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on these fees before placing your order.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses:
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Pre-Orders and Backorders:
- For pre-order items, shipping times will be indicated on the product page. Your order will ship once all items, including pre-orders, are in stock.
- If an item is on backorder, we will notify you of any expected delays and ship it as soon as it's available.
